After a few years both probes for my 732 unit failed with the “LLL” reading. This was expected since both had been through many, many cooks. A replacement – this smoker probe for a 732 – was ordered a few months after the food probe replacement was ordered. The US Post Office lost it & still has no idea where it is. I called Maverick Customer Service, explained the problem & they sent another replacement probe. It arrived today & when tested worked flawlessly. I will continue to highly recommend Maverick thermometers – a great company that stands behind their product even when in this case – shipping loss – it was not their fault. The accuracy these Maverick wireless thermometers provide has greatly increased the consistency, taste & texture of all my smoked products.
